    CANADA

    SHIP COSTS & TIMEFRAMES:

    Several options are available to choose from in the cart:

    • CanadaPost Lettermail
      • Affordable option at $3.50+tx for all Canadian addresses
      • PO Boxes accepted
      • Only available for cart value up to $150CAD
      • Timeframe: Once shipped, anywhere between 3 days to 4 weeks, depending on location (I am in Montreal). However the norm is under 2 weeks for the vast majority of destinations.

    • ChitChats Select
      • Includes tracking
      • Cost varies per province, but more affordable than CanadaPost.
      • No PO BOXES however.
      • Some remote areas are unfortunately not serviced by ChitChats. If you chose this option but I cannot buy a label, I will contact you by email to arrange a different shipping method.
      • Timeframe: Depends on location, but much quicker than Lettermail. Montreal to Vancouver is regularly 4-5 business days as an example, although i cannot guarantee any timeframe myself.
    • CanadaPost Expedited
      • Includes tracking
      • Cost varies per destination.
      • PO Boxes accepted
      • Timeframe: Depends on location. CanadaPost gives estimates at time of shipping method selection.
      • Please note that their delivery estimates are often quite optimistic and honestly, often inaccurate. They also do not refund shipping costs for late arrival, so I cannot do this either. Add a few business days to their timeframe estimates, and order earlier rather than later if it's for a specific event.

    UNITED STATES

    SHIP COSTS: 

    Flat rate of $13CAD (about $10USD, depending on daily exchange rates) to everywhere in the US (including PR and VI), tracked, for orders up to $500CAD (about $375USD).

    * NO TARIFF FEES UP UNTIL AUGUST 12TH 2026 * Unfortunately, it was announced recently that many Canadian goods would be tariffed at 50% starting August 19th. This includes "costume jewelry", which is 100% of the items i make and offer here. (READ MORE INFORMATION ON THIS HERE)

    TIMEFRAME:

    At this time, I ship with ChitChats on Tuesday and Thursday early mornings, from Montreal (East Coast of Canada). Packages are brought over to the US and merged with USPS mail flow from there. All orders will have a tracking number.

    Typical timeframe for arrival once shipped: Usually, packages arrive between 1-2 weeks after shipping. That said, since all the importation changes in Summer 2025, border customs have been slower at times, so please keep this in mind before ordering!


    AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ICELAND, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, JAPAN, SINGAPORE
