    CANADA

    SHIP COSTS:

    **Updated Sept 25th 2025**
    As CanadaPost employees are now on strike, I will be shipping with ChitChats for the time being.     This unfortunately means i cannot ship to PO BOXES during this time, as well as very specific areas neither. I will contact you if that is the case, and you can change the shipping address or I cancel and refund too, of course.

    Shipping cost: Flat rate of $8CAD for all Canadian provinces, tracked, for orders up to $500CAD.

    TIMEFRAME:

    As of September 25th 2025, I am shipping with ChitChats, and will dispatch early morning on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    Typical timeframe for arrival once shipped:
    Anywhere between 4 days up to 2 weeks is typical (up to 4 weeks if carrier has issues).


    UNITED STATES

    SHIP COSTS: 

    Flat rate of $11CAD (more or less $9USD, depending on daily exchange rates) to everywhere in the US (including PR and VI), tracked, for orders up to $500CAD (about $375USD).

    * NO TARIFF FEES * As of Sept 26th of 2025, all my items have been Cusma certified (US-Canada-Mexico Trade agreement), so I am able to ship tariff free! Yay! I ship with ChitChats (not FedEx nor UPS), which merges packages to USPS once in the US, which means no tariffs at checkout, and no surprise invoice later either: you can order safely knowing the total cost upfront at checkout! :)

    TIMEFRAME:

    At this time, I ship with ChitChats on Tuesday and Thursday early mornings, from Montreal (East Coast of Canada). Packages are brought over to the US and merged with USPS mail flow from there. All orders will have a tracking number.

    Typical timeframe for arrival once shipped: Usually, packages arrive between 1-2 weeks after shipping. That said, since all the import changes in Summer 2025, border customs have been slower at times, so please keep this in mind before ordering!


    AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ICELAND, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, JAPAN, SINGAPORE

    SHIP COSTS:
    Please add items to your cart, then visit your cart (click the cart icon), and you'll see a shipping calculator there! Simply write your country in it and get a precise shipping price! :)

    TIMEFRAME:

    Anywhere between 2-8 weeks (the norm being around 3 weeks).

     

    I do not accept returns or exchanges.

    That said, feel free to contact me before ordering if you have any questions! I'll be glad to answer you promptly :)

    However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please do contact me asap! I want to make things right! I will reply back by email, and you can then send me a photo of the broken item (mandatory).
