    PAYMENT

    I only accept Paypal payments and credit cards.

    If you are having trouble sending a payment, contact me and we'll see what we can do.

    FOR CANADA: Prices do not include taxes, therefore applicable Canadian taxes (GST, HST, QST) will be added during checkout, according to the postal destination.

     

    SHIPPING

    I ship everywhere in the world.
    Items will be shipped your way within 1 to 3 business days following your purchase and payment.
    If a product you purchased was specified "Made to order" in the item listing, it will be shipped 1 to 2 weeks after payment (with your other items, if that was the case).

    I will use the address you provide for Paypal, but I might have to ask you to confirm with me this address by email if it doesn't match the address you entered while purchasing on this site.

    All items will be shipped via CanadaPost.

    Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to CanadaPost:

    · Quebec: 3 to 5 days.
    · Canada: up to 2 weeks.
    · US: up to 2 weeks.
    · International: up to 3 weeks.

    If you would like a quote for faster CanadaPost shipping options, contact me with list of items and complete mailing address, and we'll see what we can do.

    Please be aware that I am not responsible for postal transit delays and that once it's mailed and out of my hands, I cannot do anything about it.

    Shipping fees include postage, bubble envelope, packaging materials, etc.

    Possible customs charges are your responsibility.

    Once you purchase and submit your payment, you agree to the shipping fees.

     

    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    I do not accept refunds or exchanges.

    However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me asap! I want to make things right!

    · Contacting me first is mandatory.
    · This process absolutely requires a picture of the broken item, as it represents proof to me.
    · Once I receive the item, I will refund you the price of the item, but not the original shipping charges. (Or send you a new one if desired, and if possible.)
    · Return shipping fees are your responsibility.

    I do my very best to give the most accurate item photos and descriptions, but some mistakes may occur. Remember that I am only human! ;)
