    Nomnomnommmm!

    Tonight's tartare (salmon, onion, cilantro, capers, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt) is topped by raw yellow beets (thank you @paule_tb for the suggestion to try that! 😋), in a beautiful plate by Ceramik b!
