    Nordic shrimp pasta salad

    Another pasta salad! Because yum. 😉

    Nordic shrimp (yum!), hearts of palm (because it's my faveeee!), radish, avocado, feta, pan fried thin slices of yellow and red beets, pan fried capers, olive oil + red wine vinegar! 😋
